Customer Care Specialist (Sales)
Description

Responsibilities:

  • Actively promote and sell our insurance products;
  • Provide a consistently high level of service to our customers;
  • Effectively handle complaints at the first point of contact, aiming to resolve situations in an effective and efficient manner;
  • Participate in process improvement sessions, providing constructive feedback and suggestions.

Requirement:

  • 2 to 3 years of sales experiences (preferably)
  • BCP & PGI certification (we are also open to those without the certs) – have to minimum pass 1 paper before signing offer letter.
  • An appreciation for team-based environment.

  • Training Provided
  • Leads Provided
  • Basic Pay $2500 – $2600 + Fixed Allowance ($150 – service allowance + $50 – Medical)
  • Commission: about $1,000 – $2,000 / monthly (Provided target hit)
  • Outbound: 5 days’ Work Week (Mon – Fri) 9am – 6pm
  • Inbound: 5 day’s work week (Mon – Fri) 8am-5pm / 11am – 8pm
